Our
System
The
provision of a car has become an increasingly important
element in the delivery of services in the community as
well as in the recruitment and retention of staff. It can,
however, prove a costly and time-consuming exercise for
management, whose efforts should be employed on core business.
We
have developed a dedicated system of company car provision
and management which avoids unnecessary delays and excessive
administrative costs and provides a quick and efficient
service, no matter how large or small the numbers of employees
involved.
The
Employee Customer Service provides advice and information
about all aspects of the scheme. Selection of make and model
of vehicle are simplified with published brochures, arranged
demonstrations and special ride and drive events to facilitate
the employee's choice.
Firm
quotations are provided, cars are ordered, located and delivered
by arrangement. All servicing and routine repairs, breakdown
and relay service, insurance plans (including early termination
indemnity) accident management and invoice interrogation
are part of the comprehensive service offered to clients.
Regular
monitoring of vehicle condition and contract mileage during
the hire period, as well as arranging unscheduled transfers
and early contract termination all lead to re-negotiation
and rewrite of original contracts. The Contract Management
Facility is a key feature in reducing costs for unused mileage
and minimising costly excess mileage costs.
The
benefits to the client are innumerable: the Car Management
Service eliminates all non-essential administration and
allows senior managers to concentrate more fully on core
business activities: the system is proven, clear, concise
and extremely cost efficient.
Employees
benefit too, gaining access to a wider range of vehicles
to view and test drive, away from the highly pressurised
car showroom environment.
With
its financial and administrative advantages, our service
available provides the total solution to the management
of your business fleet, whatever its size.
