objective is to provide our clients with a unique and innovative

We undertake
to provide our clients with a high quality management service.
Generally, the scope of the service will embrace all aspects
of the management of the vehicle fleet. The work includes
everything necessary to ensure that our client is provided
with a cost effective and efficient transport policy for its
staff. At the same time we ensure that our client's staff
derive a positive and economic benefit from their car - free
from unnecessary inconvenience.
We provide
a comprehensive service to our client's staff. This includes
such things as advice on the selection of vehicles, dealing
with breakdowns and support for repair work, accident management
and private use rental reviews and income tax advice.
At Knowles
Associates we appreciate the demanding nature of the managers
role. We also appreciate the complexity and disproportionate
time consuming nature of car fleet administration.
In consequence,
our policy is to take the maximum level of decisions without
constant reference back to our client. When a decision is
referred to our client, we will always set out the alternative
options and consequences of various actions summarised to
simplify the decision making process.
Our first
priority is to act in the best interests of our client and
make decisions accordingly. It is our practice to agree policies
and procedures with our client, enabling us to act quickly
and appropriately without the need to continually refer to
our client for agreement.
However,
to achieve this level of delegation, we must earn our client's
confidence by establishing a high level of trust and accountability.
We will
make all necessary decisions and we will accept full responsibility
if those decisions prove to be inappropriate.
