Driver Support
Our customer focus is essential to growing our business and retaining our clients. We provide a hand-holding service from selection of the car to it's return, including assistance with contract terms, provision of lead-in cars, demonstrators and courtesy cars, maintenance problems and accidents. We advise on all issues of mileage, payroll deductions and taxation.
Anyone will pull out all stops for the Chief Executive. We endeavour to do the same for all drivers.
We provide a comprehensive driver- support function via our dedicated Helpdesk. We provide support and assistance to drivers for any aspect of the car, payroll and tax issues. Our engineers fully understand the technical issues relating to cars and commercial vehicles and will liaise with garages and manufacturers to overcome technical problems to ensure the prompt return of the vehicle.
Our office is open six days per week with out of hours contact in the event of an emergency.
