Contract Management
During the term of the lease car contract, Knowles Associates continually monitors the contract mileage. We endeavour to ensure that drivers regularly submit mileage returns and, when necessary, report any failure to line managers. Contracts are rewritten where necessary and revise quotes are given to employees on their new private use contributions following proper authorisation. All additional costs, recharges and excess charges are correctly apportioned between our client and drivers.
All submitted invoices are monitored, checked and verified by Knowles Associates prior to them being codified and submitted for payment. Incorrect invoices are investigated and rectified before being submitted for payment. We act as an interface and shield our client from persistent account queries.
Our systems remove the administration burden from our client.
